RAIPUR: ONE of the Asia’s largest and latest technologies of WiMax and fixed WiMax enable State Wide Area Network (SWAN) would be installed in State of Chhattisgarh as part of e-governance and reaching out to people through information technology. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) to this effect for implementation of Rs 81 crore project was signed between Chhattisgarh Infotech and Biotech Promotion Society (CHiPS) and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) at Secretariat on Wednesday. RAIPUR: CHHATTISGARH State Electricity Board (CSEB) handed over a demand draft of Rs 1 crore to Chief Minister Relief Fund for assistance to the flood affected people of Bihar. This is in addition to the earlier donation of Rs 1 crore, taking to a total amount of Rs 2 crore within a month.
