Lending an ear is very important

Listening well is difficult and rare for two main reasons. The first is that we get in the way with our own thoughts and concerns our own views and feelings our desire to contribute our bit of the conversation. The second reason is that we don’t have a dear structure for listening. You need to work hard at the first since it is the most important skill in counselling and in many other activities. As to the second. I offer a structure here that if you practice it will certainly give you a valuable tool.

The ‘WAGE STRESS’, in its simple explanation is the result of discomfort and distress due to insufficient and unsatisfactory wage standards. The phrase ‘Wage- stress’ is the Frustration and an inner conflict in which the individual would be unable to cope up with the organization. “Wage-Stress” appears to be the only result of one type of stressor that is ‘wage’ or “Salary” or “remuneration”, but it gives rises many other interdependent stressors which arise due to failure in fulfilling many liabilities in employee’s life.
